Is it or Isn't it ergonomic?
A weekly or twice a week blog or whenever we feel like where we find some stuff that could or could'nt be ergonomic, and you give us an awesome caption as to why or why it isn't ergonomic... Or we'll settle for you giving us a caption that's hilarious.
Every week we're going to post something that could be or could not be very ergonomic. If you give us a good reason as to why this is or is not ergonomic, you could win a truly ergonomic humanscale switch mouse (or a T-shirt. Depends on the Sitbetter's cash flow and generosity. Also, the winner selection is totally arbitrary, and based on whether we laugh at your answer or not.) But we'll post the winners on the post itself, and you'll be notified via email.
Is this ergonomic for the monkey? I dunno. But either way, its a monkey on a Segway!
I've been noticing a lot of you out there searching more and more for kneeling chair. Google does a nice job of tracking these keywords. What is the rage about it, and particularly, where are you getting the advice to look into a kneeling chair?
I guess the only question I have regarding the kneeling chair is whether you ultimately find it comfortable and helpful for your sitting posture.
As you probably have heard, there are varying opinions as to whether the kneeling chair is good or bad for you. By sheer design alone, we can say that putting unnecessary pressure on your knees is not necessarily a great thing. But people who use this chair have told us that the chair alleviates back pain. I guess it is dependent on the user. What I will say is that it is NOT designed to be sat in 8 hrs a day - rather, use it as a change of pace seating solution.
I don't know. I am not going to switch my chair anytime soon for a kneeling chair, but if you do, let us know how it strikes you.
