This isn't just a motto; it is the truth for which we stand for at this company. We want you to know this about us, and trust us. So, the question is then, WHY and HOW do we know chairs? We know it is hard buying anything online. There is always the hesitation before clicking Complete Order, where thoughts run through your head like, what am I getting, etc. With a chair, those thoughts could be magnified because you can't touch, sit on, or physically see the chair before you buy.
So, in our never-ending job to help you, we have tried to do it for you, to give you more knowledge and insight on what you are purchasing. Our website was built with that focus, and our expertise is used in that regard.
A little about us and our ideas:
We have over thirty years experience selling chairs. Beginning first in a 40,000 square foot showroom in Southern California, then expanding into the Web, we have sat in, sold and learned about office chairs ever since 1976. But the web and a store are different: It is easy and fun to show a chair in a showroom - Try this one, move this paddle, sit in this one, etc... in this setting we are able to visibly show you our passion, knowledge, and our belief in the product we are selling; this was something we needed to carry over to the World Wide Web. We are not used car salespersons; as hard as this might be to fathom, we are genuinely invested in helping our clients find the office chairs that are best for them.
What did we do to try to help you and teach you about office chairs on the Web?
It started as an easily navigable, easily accessible website, backed up with great customer service. Then we decided to be your office chair library, and the Web’s best resources for knowing about and purchasing quality office chairs. We are working hard to put as much information about a chair as possible - more than one image, a generic description, and a price. We gather as much info as possible for the most clarity possible.
