Parts and Warranties

We honor all manufacturer warranties for items bought at Sitbetter. Warranties can be found on each product page.

If you have an issue regarding missing parts or failing parts covered under the manufacturer warranty, we would be happy to help you. If you have a question regarding the warranty, we can help with that as well. To request a part or issue a warranty claim, please follow our easy claim process:

  1. Document the damage or part failure. If possible, take pictures an email them to customerservice@sitbetter.com. It makes the process faster.
  2. Call us. Have your order number handy. We will process the claim and, at the manufacturer’s discretion, send a new part or replace the chair. You will be responsible for changing the part–however, we are available to help via the phone 1-866-311-9421 and live chat (Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:00pm PST ). We also have useful self-help videos that you can check out!
  3. Parts and damage claims usually ship to you within 5 business days of us receiving and processing the claim.

Our goal is to make sure you sit better throughout the life of your chair. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you experience any issues with your chair!
