Without any small, illegible fine print involved, just a small disclaimer at the end of this page, we give you 30 days test out our chair, and if in the unlikely event you are unsatisfied, you can return the chair to us for a full Sitbetter.com credit towards a different chair!

Why do we do it?
At Sitbetter.com, our experts take pride in reviewing all the office chairs within the Sitbetter catalog, to ensure that every product is beyond great quality and worthy of the Sitbetter.com name.

However, we also acknowledge that every individual's comfort spectrum varies, and a couple of days into the marriage with your new office chairs you may not be very happy. So, in order to turn that frown upside down, we established the Uncomfortable Chair Return and Exchange policy, valid for up to 30 days after your original purchase date. Imagine if all spousal arrangements were like this...

How do I do it?
1. Simply by filling this form. (Please disable your pop-up blocker for the form to appear.)

2. Upon receiving your request, we will send you a Call Tag - this means a carrier will pickup the item at your specified date (don't worry, we paid the return shipping costs).

3. Package your chair with bubble wrap, extra cardboard, and with all original parts and pieces. Please take care in packing the item to ensure a full credit. Preferrably, use the original box, or buy a large box with re-inforced cardboard walls.

4. When we receive the item, we will inspect it. If all is well, we will email you your coupon for Sitbetter.com credit. We will detail any changes to the expected coupon amount.

5. Spend your coupon!

Please note: We will inspect the chair to assess its condition upon receipt. We do not sell used chairs on the website, but the chair needs to be in prime condition to meet the credit requirements. We will notify you if you the chair cannot be fully credited.

What if I want a refund though?
Yes, you can also get a refund, but we would like to know what we can do better to serve you, and how we were not able to meet your needs with this order. If you would like a refund instead of a Sitbetter.com Credit, please call us with your Sitbetter.com Order number, or email us at returns@sitbetter.com.

Here's how:
1. Email or call us with your Sitbetter.com Order Number. We will give you the address to which return the item.

2. Send us back the chair. You must pay the return freight. (Use Fedex or UPS, it's cheaper.)

3. When we receive the item, we will inspect it. If all is well, we will send you your refund acknowledgement after processing it. We will detail any changes to the amount. The refund will be the amount paid for the chair minus the outbound shipping costs. This is because outbound shipping is an expense covered by us.
