Customer Service | Returns, Exchanges and Cancelations
At Sitbetter.com, our experts take pride in reviewing all the office chairs within the Sitbetter catalog, to ensure that every product is beyond great quality and worthy of the Sitbetter.com name.

However, we also acknowledge that you may not like the chair for whatever reason or you may have quality issues with your chair. If either is the case, we make our return policy simple for a quick and easy solution to your seating situation.
(Please take this into consideration…in order to avoid unpleasant returns due to non-matching fabrics, a chair that does not fit or other such problems, please consider calling us. We know our product and can offer good advice to help you make a more accurate decision.)

Returns and Exchanges:
  1. Reason: Damaged or Defective Office Chairs:
    Sometimes things get damaged. Sometimes things don't work. We know this, and we work hard to have quality products on our site that will limit these types of problems. But, as sure as the sun rises, they are bound to happen once in a while. This is our policy for such issues. If you have any questions regarding, or would like to yell at someone because your issue, please call us at and we will be happy to help.
    Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer's discretion. We encourage the customer to take pictures of the damage - external, internal or otherwise - to the product. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all shipments received for damage. Please call us at 1-866-311-9421 so that we arrange for replacement parts or otherwise.
    If an item is shipped via FedEx/UPS/DHL and has been damaged, please call us at 1-866-311-9421 immediately. We will arrange for replacement parts, depending on the damage and at the manufacturer's discretion. We encourage the customer to document the damage through images. If the item is shipped via common carrier, or freight, please inspect the product upon delivery, and do not accept item from driver if damaged. Contact us immediately afterward. Failure to inspect the chair will result in loss of protection.

  2. Reason: I didn’t like the chair for whatever reason…(Non-Defective)
    1. To return a chair you didn’t like for any reason including but not limited to comfort level, doesn’t match pre-existing furniture, ordered wrong product, etc. please fill out this form. We will contact you shortly.
      1. We will send you a prepaid return label; you will attach the label to the box and schedule a pickup date. As soon as the item is returned, you will be refunded the total amount you paid minus a restocking fee*. We will detail the fee amount prior to the return process.
      2. An exchange works the same way – all you have to do is buy the new product via our Cart after receiving your refund.
    2. *All returns falling under this category (non-defective) are subject to a restocking fee of roughly 25%, depending on the chair. The restocking fee ranges between 20 – 30%, and is a percent of your total amount paid.
    3. Why is there a restocking fee? Because we can’t afford to lose money on a returned product – but we will break even (make no money, lose no money) with you to make sure you are happy.
    4. Call us and ask questions or order fabric samples to potentially avoid the restocking fee! We can’t stress enough how important this is. We know chairs, and can help you understand your options so you can make a more informed decision.
Cancelations:
We strongly encourage customers to call with their Sitbetter.com Order Number for immediate cancelation processing. Orders cannot be canceled once they ship.
As well, you can submit your cancelation request in writing via email to customerservice@sitbetter.com. Please include your name, phone number, and Sitbetter Order number. We encourage customers to call for faster order processing.
