Return and Damage Policy
We want you to love your chair.
Therefore, we offer a 30 Day Return Policy on most items. You may return your chair within 30 Days of purchase provided the following:
- Chair is in brand new condition.
- You have the original box.
- Fully disassembled (return as received)
Returned items that do not meet the above conditions will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
We charge a 25% restocking fee for any returned items*. Our process is simple:
Do NOT reject your shipment. Rejected shipments are subject to a 50% restocking fee. If your shipment arrives damaged or you simply do not want your order anymore please contact customer service.
- Request a return on our website through this form.
- We will confirm the restocking fee. We will pay for Fedex to pickup and ship the product to us as soon as the item is boxed up by you.
- Once we receive the merchandise, please allow 3-5 days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be your total paid minus the restocking fee.
Damaged Items During Freight/Shipping
If your product arrived damaged or came defective upon delivery, we will make sure that you get a replacement part or a brand new unit as soon as possible – DO NOT REJECT THE SHIPMENT. We cannot provide service if the order is refused at the time of delivery due to damage.
Items damaged during shipping are addressed by the manufacturer. At the manufacturer’s discretion, items will be repaired or replaced. The process is simple:
- Report the damages within 10 days of delivery
- Document the damage with images. Email images to customerservice[at]Sitbetter.com.
- We will contact you with status of the parts within 1-2 business days of receiving the request.
- The customer is responsible for all repairs needed.
- If customer decides to return damaged items even after the manufacturer’s decision to either repair or replace the item the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Products may not be returned after 30 Days from the purchase date. Products that have already left the warehouse and are en-route to their destinations will be subject to a restocking fee. Re-routing items will incur a $20.00 re-route fee.

*We reserve the right to change the restocking fee if the chair(s) is returned in unsellable or clearly damaged condition.
Return Policy Exceptions:
- Humanscale: There is a manufacturer’s no return policy on their products, defective products/parts will be replaced
- RFM - Verte: There is a manufacturer’s no return policy on this chair for anything other than defect, for that reason, this is the only chair we cannot honor the standard return policy. We are sorry for that inconvenience, but we're sure you'll love the chair!
- Italmodern/Eurostyle: No "buyer’s Remorse" returns accepted for ItalModern/Eurostyle products
- Jobri: All Jobri products can only be returned up to 15 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in the original wrapping and boxes, with all original labels intact.
- Complete Medical / Obusforme: All Complete Medical / Obusforme pillows can only be returned up to 15 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in the original wrapping and boxes, with all original labels intact.
- Bean Bag Boys: All bean bags are non-returnable due to dimensional weight.
- Deflect-o: There is a manufacturer’s no return policy on their products for anything other than defect.
- Rhino Mats/Ranco: Due to the size and shipping dimensions of this product, this item is non refundable. All sales are final on products by this manufacturer.
- Lifespan Fitness: Due to the size and shipping dimensions of this product, this item is non refundable. All sales are final on products by this manufacturer
- We DO NOT accept returns on parts sold separately.
- We DO NOT accept returns on chairs with custom foam cuts and/or on chairs made with the customer’s own material.
