All items, unless specifically stated, are shipped free to you! The secret is in the storks, which, jobless since the Baby Boom Era, have teamed with Sitbetter.com to provide quick, efficient and reliable delivery to your doorstep!
Volume or Freight shipping
Items not specifying free shipping are too heavy for our storks, so they must be shipped via common carrier, otherwise known as freight items. For these, shipping costs vary with destination and other logistical variables.
Depending on the manufacturer, volume orders above a certain quantity will ship via common carrier, not UPS or Fedex. While these items will have free shipping as well, other delivery charges may apply depending on the situation. If you require any of the additional services below for your volume orders, please contact us so we can get an accurate freight quote to you as soon as possible. If you do not require any of the below services, you can order as many chairs as you like per usual!
Note: For volume or common carrier orders, the standard delivery method is delivery to a commerical building with an unloading platform.
Arrival Notice / Scheduled Appointments:
Carrier is required to call before delivery and / or schedule an appointment for freight to be delivered within 24 hrs.
Delivery to an area or locations such as: schools, churches, mini storages, prisons, military installations, construction sites, farms, ranches, fairs, conventions.
Delivery made to a residential area, gated community, condo, or appartment.
Delivery made to a non commercial building that doen't have a dock, platform, or tamp to unload merchandise.
When merchandise is delivered insude an office or residency - i.e. not a curbside delivery.
