Some people around here don't like the fact that the waterfall seat on shorter people makes you feel like you are sliding out of it. I'm 5'7", and it doesn't bother me too much. But whats nice about the chair is the lumbar support. It is very adjustable and firm. The S contour shaped back is pretty contour, as in, it pushes on your lumbar and for some people won't support the shoulders enough. Again, not an issue for me, but just a fair warning.
