The 43808 is a chair I chose to be on our store floor last year. It's a rugged and durable task chair, with a good amount of ergonomic adjustments, including a ratchet back, so it's easily adjustable from user to user. It has a good amount of fabric options, but, if you want it quick with a limited choice of fabrics, look up the 43808-QS. I feel, at the price, this is one ergonomic chair well worth it.
